In 2004 werd in Boven Galilea een nieuwe productielocatie in gebruik genomen met de naam Kayoumi. Het voordeel van deze locatie was, dat de druiven na de oogst snel verwerkt konden worden en daardoor de kwaliteit van de wijn toenam. In 2013 kwam Carmel Winery in handen van een groep internationale investeerders van het Kedma investeringsfonds. In 2015 werd de Zichron Lezion Winery verplaatst naar een nieuwe locatie waar nu met gebruikmaking van de modernste productiemethoden wijn wordt geproduceerd. Een belangrijke mijlpaal was het winnen van de International Trophy in de Decanter wine competition, een prestigieus wijnmagazine, voor de Shiraz Kayoumi, in de categorie van de Rhone wijnen.
